Physical Products
For printed guides, books, and course materials:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- Original packaging should be intact when possible
- Proof of purchase is required
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged
Digital Products
For digital courses and downloadable content:
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
- If you have accessed more than 25% of the course content, a partial refund may be offered
- Technical issues will be addressed before a refund is considered

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- We will send a replacement at no additional cost
- Return shipping for damaged items will be covered by us
